The Service allows users to upload videos, process them using automated transcription and subtitle generation, and download the resulting content. 3. Account and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We may change our pricing at any time; changes will apply to subsequent billing periods. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

We may offer free trial credits or promotional balances. Such credits are provided at our discretion, may have expiration dates, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts. We may modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

AI-GENERATED TRANSCRIPTIONS AND SUBTITLES MAY CONTAIN ERRORS; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VERIFYING ACCURACY BEFORE USE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
